About Falcón and Veo Aves Falcón
Falcón State (Spanish: Estado Falcón) is one of the 23 states of Venezuela and is located in the northwest of the country. Its capital is Coro, the second oldest city of Venezuela and also home to Veo Aves Falcón, a local organisation for the conservation of birds in the State of Falcón.
Veo Aves Falcón strives to create the connection between people and birds through art, culture, birdwatching, and knowledge in the most respectful way.
For them, it is crucial to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the diversity of birds that inhabit this region and to promote sustainable practices that contribute to their conservation.

How we have supported
It is important that children learn about the diversity of fauna in their region. When they know the name, meaning, and function of each species, they can develop more respect and care.
Therefore, we have provided necessary resources for a drawing book so that children can learn more about birds in a playful and creative way.
Each page of the book also contains a QR code that can be scanned to obtain more detailed information about each species.
